The usage of low sugar granola, rich yogurt, and fresh fruits make it highly advantageous for your health and your taste buds as well.

If you don’t want to add maple syrup, you can also go for honey. Agave is a better option for healthy parfaits. Garnishing with a perfect layer of nuts and then sprinkling berries is so tempting and beautiful.

For your cute parfait look, opt for smaller glasses or mason jars. If you love to have repeated layers of protein and flavors, go for taller glasses. Don’t forget to cover it with a lid until you are ready to serve or else the taste will not be the same.

Moreover, never use frozen fruits as they will be watery and the syrup will be mixed with yogurt, creating a messy look and more sweetness inside. Hence, fresh fruits are much better in this case because they give a cleaner look with perfect taste.
