Ed Harris is his namesake. In the Caribbean Island of St. Lucia he was created by Guyanese parents. His unending passion for cuisine began in the kitchen many years ago as little kid and that fire drove him to New York City, where he got to cook professionally in some of the city’s best kitchens, like Jean George and River Cafe to name a few. He has taken skills from positions as an Executive Chef, Tournant, Executive Sous Chef, Dim Sum Chef, Expediter, Saucier, Consulting Chef and applied them to his current role in Atlanta as an apron designer, vegan recipe maker & vegan product developer. Ed has also participated in events to help raise funds for several charities. Some of the many organizations he has volunteered for include the Taste of New York, Autism Speaks and the James Beard Foundation. He has also appeared on the Food Network's channel as the winner of CHOPPED "Turbot Powered" Beat Bobby Flay and on "Chef Wanted" with Anne Burrell and a few others. The Chef who specializes in different styles of Cuisine, Asian being his favorite. Wearing an apron is like armor! Once you put it on and tie the strap. You can then tap into your powers. Hello everybody! I am Edward Harris, son of Ed Harris. I love cooking with my dad. I have been peeling garlic and onions since I was 3 years old. I love helping my dad pick fabric for the aprons. I also like to test new products like the vegan pancakes we are working on, it’s soooooo yummy. I like to put on my apron when I cook with daddy. I am kind, nice and love to play.
