Growing up my whole family cooked. My mom showed me how to appreciate food and use ingredients to its fullest. My mom and I did everything together including market shopping, I remember when I was about 6 years old, I started helping her in the kitchen every chance I got. I would peel vegetables, prep tomatoes, anything she would let me do and some things I would do on my own to impress her. So when I got the chance to make a statement about how much she means to me. My wife, Jane gave me a great idea to name it after my mom. So I took the opportunity. Faye's Flavor Enhancers is dedicated to my mom, Faye from me Chef Ed Harris.

Good food starts with good ingredients, and becomes great with proper seasoning. As a cook, you'll need spices, and using high-quality all natural ones is the difference between an average meal and an incredible dinner. Spices are one thing you shouldn't skimp on -- with that in mind, we designed this set and sourced the best of the best from around the globe.
